Paula started in the industry in 2017.

After 7 years in the industry in 2024 she has grown to love the medical information and jargon she’s picked up. “I have learned a lot about different conditions and consider myself as a bit of a ‘pharmacist-in-training’," she says. She enjoys getting to know the people on the other line and learning about their histories. Her favourite clients are those who are patient as collecting large amounts of information to get an effective quote can be lengthy and tiresome.

Very appropriate to her industry, traveling is her life passion. She wants to travel the world and learn about different cultures and customs from all over. She prides herself in taking enough time to get a full scope of the medical history of clients to ensure they have coverage for everything and don’t have to stress when something comes up while they’re traveling.

Her favourite movie is Interstellar, which is also about traveling. But in this case to other galaxies!

Lawrence is a seasoned travel insurance expert with over three decades of experience in the industry. Rather than prioritizing profits, he focuses on tailoring insurance solutions to fit both the traveler's needs and budget. When not assisting clients, Lawrence enjoys unwinding at Caribbean resorts, where he can relax without worry—a testament to his confidence in the travel insurance industry he has helped shape.

Denise began her journey in the insurance industry in 2022. What she enjoys most about her work is the daily conversations with clients, helping them feel secure while traveling. She loves hearing about the exciting destinations her clients visit and celebrating their life milestones—many of them become like family to her!

Denise shares, "The most challenging part of my job is also what drives us: when my clients face emergencies and need to file a claim, it becomes personal for me because I treat them like family."

Her passion lies in her family, and she enjoys reading as a hobby, making it a point to learn something new every day. She also loves to cook.

Denise’s favourite place to travel is HOME. "I’m from Jamaica, and I cherish visiting my family there as often as I can. I love relaxing on the beach! The local food, culture, and music always invigorates me."

When working with clients, her motto is to ALWAYS find the best coverage at the best possible price for every client!.  She tells her clients that she looks out for their best interests just as she would for her own parents.

Her all-time favourite movie is The Notebook, as it beautifully captures loyalty, love, and respect—values she holds dear.
